REYL & Cie Ltd (REYL) has appointed Ante Razmilovic to head its new Structured Finance business to be run from its London office and part of the Corporate Advisory & Structuring business line.

Based in REYL’s London office Razmilovic brings 25 years of experience from Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in the structured and secured finance arena. Most recently Razmilovic worked at Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong, as Managing Director. After first joining Goldman Sachs in 1997, Razmilovic held a number of roles, including various responsibilities in structured finance in Europe and the Middle East. He has also worked at JP Morgan in London, and began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston and Credit Suisse Financial Products in 1992. Razmilovic holds an electrical engineering degree from Imperial College in London.
