To enhance the governance of its operational activities and build a platform capable of supporting its continued development, REYL Intesa Sanpaolo has appointed Frédéric Le Hellard, currently Head of IT in Geneva, as Chief Operating Officer at the head of a new, reinforced IT & Operations department. Since his arrival in 2019, Frédéric Le Hellard has overseen the digital transformation and improvement of the Bank’s IT processes during a period of strong growth, as well as challenges and opportunities resulting from the merger with Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and the absorption of its banking subsidiary ISPBM Morval Suisse.
The Bank has also appointed Tatiana Carruzzo as Head of Asset Services, focused on delivering excellence in custody, administration, legal representation and paying agent services for institutional investment fund clients. Tatiana Carruzzo joined REYL Intesa Sanpaolo’s Asset Services business line as Operations Manager in 2016. She has contributed to the development of the business line, which is very active in supporting the Bank’s growth and is fully integrated into its comprehensive range of services.
