Legal Advisor
Mission
The general mission of our Legal Department is to provide legal counsel and support to our Bank, ensuring that it complies with laws and regulations, mitigates legal risks, and resolves legal issues.
Responsabilités
As part of the Legal and Transactions team, you will be:
- Providing advice and support to various departments within the Bank, including but not limited to, wealth management, asset services, credit department, and HR
- Reviewing, drafting or updating legal documents (such as banking forms or internal contracts) and agreements of the Bank with third parties and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations
- Assisting in the drafting and negotiation of the credit documentation including the collaterals
- Providing legal assistance and handling client’s complaints, dispute or inheritance matters
Profile
- Swiss bar exam required
- 2 to 4 years’ experience either in a law firm or in a financial institution
- Strong attention to details and outstanding writing skills
- Curious and proactive
- Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit
- Fluent in French and English, a third language (German or Italian) considered an asset
- Swiss domiciliation
