Biografia

Fernando Zavatarelli began his career in 1996 at Banca Commerciale Italiana Spa where he held several positions in the back office, front desk, foreign department, financial advisory, and credit files management departments. In 1999, he became Deputy Branch Manager of the Rolo Banca 1473 Bank in Verona. From 2000 to 2006, he went on to work for Veneto Banca Scpa as small business relationship manager, credit risk analyst, and corporate and SME relationship manager. Between 2009 and 2017, he became successively Member, Deputy President, and President of the Management Board at Veneto Banka in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2017, he joined the International Subsidiaries Credit Department at Intesa Sanpaolo where he covered the position of Head of Regional Credit Management until January 2022. From 2022 to 2024, he was Head of Credit framework at Fideuram, Intesa Sanpaolo’s private banking division. Since 2024, he has been Head of Credit Underwriting at REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, where he became Co-Head of Credits division in November.
